1. 7-Day Return & Exchange Window
- You may request a return or exchange within 7 days from the date of delivery.
- To be eligible for a return or exchange, the saree must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and in the exact condition you received it, with all original tags, folds, and packaging intact.
- Blouses that have been stitched, altered, or detached from the saree are non-returnable.
2. Easy Exchange Process
If you wish to exchange your saree for a different color, fabric, or design:
- Reach out to our customer care team via WhatsApp at +91 98765 43210 or email support@doorvisgallery.com within 7 days of delivery.
- Share your Order ID and photos of the product you received.
- We will arrange a reverse pickup from your address. Once the item is inspected, your replacement saree will be dispatched.
3. Damaged or Defective Items (Unboxing Video)
Every saree undergoes rigorous 3-step quality checking before dispatch. In the rare event that you receive a defective, torn, or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with a clear unboxing video. We will arrange a free replacement or 100% full refund immediately.
4. Refund Process & Timelines
- Once your return is received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 24 to 48 business hours.
- Prepaid Orders (UPI / Cards / NetBanking): Refund will be credited directly back to the original payment source within 5-7 business days.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Refunds will be transferred directly to your Bank Account / UPI ID provided by you.
