1. Order Processing & Dispatch Timeline
- All orders are dispatched within 24 to 48 business hours from our fulfillment center.
- Orders placed on Sundays or national holidays will be processed on the next working day.
2. Delivery Timelines Across India
- Metro Cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Kolkata, Chennai, Hyderabad, Ahmedabad): 3 to 5 business days.
- Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 4 to 6 business days.
- Rest of India (Remote / J&K / North East): 6 to 8 business days.
3. Shipping Charges
- FREE Domestic Shipping: On all orders above ₹1,999 across India.
- Flat Rate: A nominal shipping fee of ₹99 applies to orders below ₹1,999.
- Cash on Delivery (COD): Available across major pincodes with zero extra COD convenience fee.
4. Order Tracking
As soon as your saree is dispatched, you will receive an automated tracking link via SMS, WhatsApp, and Email with the courier partner’s name (Delhivery, BlueDart, DTDC, or Xpressbees) and AWB tracking number.
